Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items — In the rare case that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@galio.store within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.

We'll work with our fulfillment partner to send you a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original item.

Eligibility for a replacement requires:

  • Contacting us within 30 days of delivery
  • Providing clear photos or video of the issue
  • The item being unused (except to identify the defect or error)
  • The item received must differ from what was ordered, or be defective/damaged upon arrival

Delivered but Not Received — If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, a non-delivery certificate from your carrier or local post office is required to process a replacement or refund.

If a replacement cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued.
