Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days from the date of shipment, though times may vary by destination and product. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. All orders include free standard shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.

My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my package. What do I do?

Please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still can't locate your package, contact us at hello@galio.store. Please note that a non-delivery certificate from your carrier or local post office is required to process a replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.

What if my package is lost or significantly delayed?

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we've got you covered — see below.

What if I received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item?

Please contact us at hello@galio.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to send you a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original item.

What if a replacement can't be arranged?

If we're unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
